Our Background
Our outreach workers have a combined experience of 20 years on the streets in San Diego. Our goal is to reach out to the hurting and broken and help them in whatever they need. Whether it is getting them housed, clothes, food, a shower, hygiene, a rehab or just some basic practical skills to reinitiate them back into society, this is what we do!
Our Philosophy
We believe that every human being is valuable and has the ability to rise up to be the best version of themselves. At RUP we offer them the ability to do this!

Everyone who is broken and hurting in downtown San Diego area gets our love and attention and services!
